This is what you move: 

As a Business Intelligence Manager you will utilize your experience in data, technology and analytics to fuel our delivery of insights-based analysis, reports, and optimizations for media activation across markets for our global client Henkel. This includes requirements gathering, data modeling, ETL development, dashboard creation and maintenance, stakeholder management, and presenting findings to both technical and non-technical audiences. 
This role requires a strong understanding of various data visualization tools and techniques, as well as experience working with large datasets. Collaboration with other teams, including media, marketing, and technology, will be essential for success.Furthermore:
  • Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Design, implement, and optimize data pipelines using ETL processes.
  • Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies related to media performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (media, marketing, technology) to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical specifications.
  • Communicate complex data findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for data-driven improvements and optimizations within media campaigns.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot data quality issues, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging technologies in business intelligence and data visualization.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of our backend data infrastructure.
  • Support ad-hoc data requests and analyses as needed.

The following qualities distinguish you:

  • 3+ years’ experience as a business intelligence or reporting specialists.
  • Analytically minded with a problem-solving aptitude.
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills at all levels; ability to communicate 
    technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Previous experience with reporting and visualization using Power 
    BI, Tableau or other similar BI tools.
  •  Hands-on experience with SQL, data scripting languages (e.g. Python, R etc.) or 
    statistical/mathematical software (e.g. SPSS, SAS, or Matlab).
  • Experience with cloud computing platforms, particularly GCP, AWS or Azure is required.
  • Proficient in using version control systems, such as Git.
  • Experience with dbt (data build tool) is a plus.
