Are job ads on the career page up to date?
The page is regularly updated to ensure all listed positions are still vacant. Some roles require constant new hires, so they may be online for months at a time. Our website is the most current source of information, so check roles you find on search engines against it.
What documents and information do I need to apply to GroupM?
For the first step, we'll just need your current resume! Throughout the process, we'll request additional documents from you as needed.
How long does it take to register and apply?
Have your resume ready – it won't take more than 5 minutes and just a few clicks.
Are there application deadlines?
Most of our roles don't have a specific start date, so there's no application deadline. Send us your application as soon as you discover the role, and if there is a deadline, you'll find it on the job ad.
How long does it take to receive feedback in an application process?
We try to get back to you as quickly as we can, but your waiting time will depend on the number of interviews we've conducted and the availability of the involved parties. In most cases, you'll hear back within 5 days.
Can I apply for multiple positions simultaneously?
Absolutely – we will assess your suitability for each position separately.
Can I apply for other positions after receiving a rejection?
Yes! Please apply for other roles with us, and if the job ad is still live months later, you can submit your application again.
How is my data processed during an application?
We treat your data confidentially. It's processed in accordance with data protection regulations and stored within the legally prescribed framework.
Will I receive feedback if my application is not successful?
Regardless of the outcome, we will always keep you updated. However, when we receive a high volume of applications, we unfortunately can't provide individual feedback in case of a rejection.

Yes. We'll reimburse your travel expenses from your place of residence to the interview and back, or a second-class train ticket.
